Mission Ready Ops is a service of Al Scott Fitness LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, business details and the answers you provide in our intake form, checklist sign-up form or emails.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. We receive your name, email, the amount paid and the billing details Stripe shares with us.
• Usage information: standard information about your visit, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location. We may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) that set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your audit, fixes and support
• To send you what you asked for, such as the free checklist, and occasional related emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• To process payments and keep business records
• To understand how people use our site and improve our services and advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: Netlify (website hosting and forms), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and analytics and advertising platforms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. AI tools

We use AI tools to help analyse your intake answers and prepare your report. We only enter the business information needed for that purpose, and we ask you not to include passwords, card details or your customers' personal information in our forms.

5. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it.

6. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing al@alscottfitness.com.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the ad-preference controls offered by Google and Meta.

7. Security

We use reputable, secure providers and limit access to your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
