Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from or use Mission Ready Ops ("we", "us"), a service of Al Scott Fitness LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we provide

AI Operations Audit. A written report and a recorded video walkthrough based on the information you give us in the intake form. It includes a process map, your main time-wasting tasks, recommended AI and automation fixes, and a 90-day roadmap. We deliver within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form.

Fixed-price fixes. Each fix is built as described on our website, using your accounts and tools, and handed over with a short video guide. We'll agree a delivery date with you by email once we have the access we need.

Monthly Care Plan. A monthly subscription to monitor and maintain the automations we built for you, plus one improvement per month.

2. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information in the intake form. The audit is only as good as what you tell us.
• For fixes, provide the access we need to your tools. Never send us passwords by email. We'll ask you to invite us as a user or use a secure method.
• Check any automation before relying on it with customers, and keep your own records and backups.

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance through Stripe. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Card statements show Al Scott Fitness LLC. The Monthly Care Plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Audit: full refund if you ask before you submit your intake form. Once we've started work on your intake, the audit isn't refundable. If we fail to deliver within 10 business days of your completed intake, you can ask for a full refund.
• Fixes: full refund if you cancel before we start building. Once the build has started, we'll refund any portion of work not yet done.
• Monthly Care Plan: cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and we don't refund part-months.

5. Results

Our audits estimate the time and money you could save, based on the information you provide. They're recommendations, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your business, your team and how you implement the changes.

6. Third-party tools

Our recommendations and fixes often use third-party software, such as email, AI tools, Zapier or Make. Those tools have their own terms, pricing and availability, which we don't control. You're responsible for any subscription costs, which we'll always tell you about before recommending a tool.

7. Ownership

Once you've paid, your audit report and the automations we build for you are yours to use in your business. We may reuse general methods, templates and know-how, but never your confidential information.

8. Confidentiality

We keep the information you share confidential and use it only to deliver our services. See our Privacy Policy. We will only use your business as a case study or testimonial with your written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
